Princess Charlotte turned 4 on Wednesday, and to mark the occasion, her parents Prince William and Kate Middleton released new never-before-seen photos of her.
“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to share three new photographs of Princess Charlotte ahead of her fourth birthday,” Kensington Palace captioned the photo on the official royal Instagram page. “The photographs were taken in April by The Duchess at Kensington Palace and at their home in Norfolk.”
“Thank you for the lovely messages for Princess Charlotte’s fourth birthday!” the palace added.
Charlotte is the second child of William and Kate, between her 5 year-old brother George and her 1 year-old brother Louis. In fact, it was just a few weeks ago that little Louis celebrated his own birthday!
We hope that she did indeed have a very good birthday!
Charlotte is undoubtedly eagerly awaiting the birth of her cousin, the first child of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. For all we know, the baby could already have been born, as Meghan and Harry have said that they will not be announcing the birth of their child right away.
”Their Royal Highnesses have taken a personal decision to keep the plans around the arrival of their baby private,” the palace said in a statement last month. “The Duke and Duchess look forward to sharing the exciting news with everyone once they have had an opportunity to celebrate privately as a new family.”
