Police officers put their lives on the line every day to keep communities safe in this country. One of the worst thing that can happen to a neighborhood is drug dealers overtaking the area and wreak havoc on those who live there.

Not only do these dealers get young people hooked on drugs, they also are more likely to be involved in violent crimes. Neighbors are put at risk of getting mugged or attacked, and parents are at a loss as to how to keep their children safe.

However, thanks to the hard work of our police officers, these drug dealers can only evade justice for so long. Recently, police arrested a drug dealer who enjoyed driving around his neighborhood flashing the fancy truck he had bought with the profits from the crimes he had committed.

Now, police own the vehicle, and they’re flaunting it to send a message to drug dealers and other criminals that eventually, they will have to pay for their crimes. Police decided to send this message by posting a very interesting sticker on the back of the truck.

The message reads, “This vehicle belonged to a drug dealer: He went to jail and we are driving his car.”

BOOM!

Members of the community love this message, as it lets drug dealers know that though they may think they are cool now, they won’t be feeling so cool when they’re rotting in a jail cell and a police officer is driving around in their truck!
