The former “Full House” and “Fuller House” star Lori Loughlin reemerged this week to take part in a star-studded video congratulating a teenager on graduating from high school.
“Congratulations on your big day,” Loughlin, 56, told the student, whose name is Faith. The young woman’s father set up the surprise for her in celebration of her graduation.
Other celebrities who appeared in the video included Joshua Bassett, Gaten Matarazzo, Kat Dennings, Mark Wahlberg, Randall Park, Jonathan Groff and more. Faith said that she was in tears by the time the video ended.

“I made a list of all the actors that Faith grew up watching and I emailed them on Thursdays. I think that’s what my trick is: emailing people on Thursdays. That’s when you get a response from people,” her dad explained, according to US Magazine. “And then I do a follow-up email on Fridays and you’re good to go.”
He added that he “found all the contact information from LinkedIn” and made sure to emphasize how much his daughter loved the stars’ work.
Loughlin and her fashion designer husband Mossimo Giannulli pled guilty last year to charges related to them allegedly paying $500,000 in bribe money to have their two daughters admitted to the University of Southern California as members of the crew team, even though neither girl had ever rowed before.
Loughlin served two months in prison for her role in the college admissions scandal, and she was released at the end of December. Her husband served five months behind bars and was released at the end of April.
“They can start anew and work on their marriage together as the whole college scandal has taken a toll on both of them, as well as their marriage,” a source recently said of Loughlin and Giannulli, who “were prepared to move out of Los Angeles” following their prison stints.
Another source recently said that Loughlin and Giannulli were “beyond relieved” after having served their respective prison sentences.
“Mossimo is, of course, happy to be done with the home confinement,” the source said. “They are both beyond relieved to have completed their prison sentences. Mossimo has to finish his community service, but then he can really move on.”
“Lori is a wonderful wife, mother and friend,” the insider added. “She and Mossimo made huge mistakes. They have taken responsibility for them and just want to start fresh now.”
