Last week, we reported that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have allegedly rekindled their romance seventeen years after breaking off their engagement in front of the entire world. Now, it appears their romance is heating up in a big way, as they were just spotted kissing during a date in Miami.

US Weekly has confirmed that Affleck, 48, and Lopez, 51, enjoyed a gym date at Anatomy Miami Beach yesterday. Lopez was seen entering the gym wearing a white cropped T-shirt and purple leggings, while Affleck wore a gray shirt and face covering amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

A witness told In Touch that Lopez and Affleck were seen kissing each other between sets as they enjoyed their workout. This indicates that their romance really is heating up again in a big way.

Lopez and Affleck reportedly reconnected in April back in Los Angeles right after she ended her engagement to baseball legend Alex Rodriguez. Earlier this month, they “spent several days together” in Big Sky, Montana.

“It was just the two of them on vacation together. Big Sky is a special place to Ben,” a source said at the time.

While fans are eager for answers as to what exactly is going on here, another insider said that Lopez and Affleck are eager to keep things low-key for the time being.

“Right now they’re going with the flow and making plans to meet up as often as possible, but there’s still some discussing to do before they officially go public,” this source said earlier this month. “It’s very clear they’ve fallen for each other again in a very intense way, but they don’t want to jinx anything by attaching labels or putting themselves under too much pressure.”

The insider went on to add that Lopez and Affleck won’t be making their big debut as a couple until “the time is right” for them both.

While Lopez wants to take things slow with Affleck, those close to her would reportedly not be surprised if the two end up together long-term, as their chemistry is undeniable.

“People close to her won’t be surprised if they end up together,” another source said, adding that they “have always loved each other” and “always remained friends” in the wake of their 2004 split.
