Brandi Glanville of “Real Housewives Of Orange County” fame threw some shade at former “Fuller House” star Lori Loughlin this week as she announced that her son had gotten into the University of Southern California.

“Amazing news my baby got accepted to the University of Southern California and I didn’t even have to fake any rowing pictures or bribe anyone,” Glanville tweeted on Tuesday along with an emoji of a heart as well as three folded hands.

Glanville is the 48 year-old mother of two sons, Mason, 17, and Jake, 13, with her ex-husband Eddie Cibrian. She was congratulated for her son’s achievement by former “Real Housewives of Orange County” star Heather Dubrow, who added, “Although you’d look good in orange.”

Glanville and Dubrow were referring to Loughlin’s alleged participation in the college admissions scandal, for which she served two months in prison at the end of 2020. Both Loughlin and her husband, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, plead guilty last year to charges related to them allegedly paying $500,000 in bribe money to have their two daughters admitted to the University of Southern California as members of the crew team, even though neither girl had ever rowed before.

In her initial tweet, Glanville alluded to the fact that they took photos their daughters on a rowing machine to make it more believable that she would actually be on the crew team. Federal prosecutors released the photos to the public in April of last year, when Loughlin and her husband were still fighting the charges against them.

“The pictures are obviously extremely inflammatory and controversial, meant to intimidate Lori because she has refused to take a plea deal,” a source told Us Weekly at the time. “The photos were never submitted to USC as part of the application process.”

Loughlin and Giannulli pleaded guilty one month later, and received their sentences in August.

“I made an awful decision. I went along with the plan to give my daughters an unfair advantage in the college admissions process,” an emotional Loughlin said at her sentencing hearing. “In doing so, I ignored my intuition and allowed myself to be swayed from my moral compass. While I wish I could go back and do things differently, I can only take responsibility and move forward.”

Loughlin was released from prison at the end of December, and her husband remains behind bars at this time, with sources previously saying that he is scheduled to be released on April 7.
