Many of us have insecurities about the way they look, and these insecurities often worsen as we age. Tori is one such 50 year-old woman who had become so insecure about her looks that it had left her in a rut. In fact, her insecurities about her physical features were stopping her from sharing her gift of art with the world.

Tori finally decided that it was time to stop feeling sorry for herself and instead do something to fix what she felt were her physical issues.

“I haven’t had the courage to really take my art into the world and be open to criticism from other people,” she said. “So yeah, I just want more freedom.”

That’s why she decided to go see Christopher Hopkins, who is better known as The Makeover Guy! Hopkins is known on social media as a makeover wizard who loves giving women over the age of 45 a new lease on life with his incredible makeovers. Tori knew that she was in good hands as soon as she walked into his salon, and she was hopeful about what he could do for her.

“I’m ready to walk through life and say ‘I really don’t care what other people say.’ It’s what I want and what I feel – what I feel moved to do,” she said before her makeover.

Hopkins knew just what to do with her, and he ended up changing up both her hairstyle and her makeup.

“Tori felt dragged down and tired of her heavy long hair,” he explained. “With a desire for freedom of movement and a hairstyle that better reflected her inner artist, more color to her face and some snappy highlights, she left with a bounce in her step.”

Once the makeover was complete, Tori was shocked by the way she looked. Even her own family could barely recognize her!

Social media users also could not get enough of Tori’s new look.

“She looks like Jane Fonda in her prime. She was stunning before, but he really brought it all right to the surface and made her a star – those eyes are so amazing,” one person commented, with another adding, “Wowza, so Jane Fonda who is actually one of my Heroes. Lady you are beautiful, gorgeous eyes, love the hair. Now go enjoy your freedom !!!!”
