Budweiser’s latest ad promotes responsible drinking, but the message remains simple and strong: Don’t drink and drive.

The ad will not only convince you to never drink and drive, but will also leave you holding your pet closer than ever.

Entitled “Friends are Waiting,” the ad stars a man and his yellow lab. Throughout the 60-second clip we watch the pup grow up and a strong bond develop between him and his owner. You then see as the dog is left home alone while his dad heads out with his friends — taking much longer than expected to come home.
