In recent days, a Rhode Island man was accused of stealing items from the Patriots Hall of Fame at Gillette Stadium – he didn’t get very far. Actually, he didn’t even make it off the premises.

Zanini Cineus, 33 was captured in the parking lot wearing a game-worn Tom Brady jersey — under his jacket.

On Thursday, Foxboro Police Officer Joseph Godino and Sgt. David Foscaldo helped Patriots security find the guy.

Foxboro Police said Cineus stole other memorabilia.

After being arrested and charged with larceny, he reportedly pleaded “not guilty” at his arraignment in Wrentham District Court.

The Attleboro Sun Chronicle says the Brady jersey is worth $10,000.
