A new series has hit the UK stemming from an indie production company called Gobstopper Television. Channel 4 reported the show will have a “jury decides if someone should get plastic surgery.”

In the show called “The Surjury,” a group of 12 strangers get to vote on whether or not individuals should go under the knife for the “plastic surgery of their dreams.”

If they go through with the surgery, candidates are then invited back to show off the results. “Love Island” host Caroline Flack will present.

“To many, cosmetic surgery can seem like a quick fix to a problem,” said Becky Cadman, factual entertainment commissioning editor at Channel 4. “But with Caroline and the Jury’s help, this new series looks at who wants it and why – allowing those who make a strong enough case to their peers to undergo the procedure of their choice.” She said, “The show will neither glamorize nor condemn their choices; the aim is instead to interrogate the realities.”
