This past Monday, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry welcomed their first child, a baby boy that they named Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor. While the royal baby got all the attention, one nurse decided that other babies born on May 6 deserved some love as well.

June Shiraki is a pediatric nurse in San Francisco, California who has been crocheting little beanies for newborns for the past seven years so that their heads will stay warm during the first few days of their lives. On Monday, the eight girls and one boy who were born at the California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC) Van Ness Campus got a royal surprise from June in honor of Archie’s birth, as she crocheted little crowns for each of them!

Royal fans all over the world have found this to be an adorable way to mark Archie’s birth. After announcing that his son had been born, Harry could not contain his excitement.

“I’m very excited to announce that Meghan and myself had a baby boy this early morning,” he said. “A very healthy boy. Mother and baby are doing incredibly well. It’s been the most amazing experience I could ever possibly imagine.”

“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are pleased to announce they have named their first born child: Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor,” the couple announced on Instagram. “This afternoon Their Royal Highnesses introduced Her Majesty The Queen to her eighth great-grandchild at Windsor Castle. The Duke of Edinburgh and The Duchess’ mother were also present for this special occasion.”
