Ben looked over at his coworker Rick one day only to notice that he had an earring on one of his ears. This came as a surprise to Ben, as Rick is typically a conservative guy who would not wear such a thing.

Curious as to why he was wearing the earring, Ben approached Rick and said, “If you don’t mind me asking, what’s with the earring?”

“Don’t worry about it, it’s just an earring,” Rick replied.

Ben let it go for a few minutes, but he could not help but be curious about the real reason behind the earring. That’s why he walked up to Rick once again and said, “So how long have you been wearing the earring?”

Rick replied, “Ever since my wife found it in our bed.”

Finally, once she was done, the therapist got up, walked over to her, and asked her to stand up. He then embraced her and gave a long and passionate kiss as her husband looked on. The wife then sat down and shut up, looking as if she was in a daze.

The therapist then turned to the husband and said, “This is what your wife needs at least three times a week. Can you do this?”

The husband replied, “Well, I can drop her off here on Mondays and Wednesdays, but on Fridays, I fish.”
