A video is going viral this week showing one father’s unconventional way of punishing his son for getting bad grades in school.

In the video, father Tre Cosby forces his young son to destroy his beloved Playstation 4 with a crowbar after he learns that the boy got bad grades.

“Hey world, once again, these kids and their electronics,” Tre says at the beginning of the video. “They don’t wanna act right, so guess what? My youngest is gonna get his PlayStation demolished. But guess what? This time I’m not gonna do it.”

Tre can then be seen putting the PlayStation into two plastic garbage bags and calling for his son Tracy.

“You was watching YouTube videos again this morning on PlayStation,” Tre told him. “What did I tell you next time was gonna happen? Did I tell you your PlayStation was gonna get it? Talk to the camera, tell them how you don’t listen.”

Though Tre seems ready to have his son break the PlayStation right there, his wife tells him to take him outside to do it. Once they get outside, he hands him a crowbar and says “I don’t wanna hear it” as the boy cries.

“Beat it up,” he tells Tracy. “You better hit it. Beat it up, beat it up, beat it hard.”

Tracy taps the PlayStation with his crowbar, but this is not enough for his dad.

“You ain’t doing it right,” Tre says to him. “You ain’t doing it right.”

The fed up dad proceeds to take a large rock and throw it onto the console.

“It’s getting cracked up pretty good now,” Tre says with excitement, handing his son the crowbar and telling him to “keep on beating it.”

Tracy, still in tears, keeps simply tapping the PlayStation.

“That’s all you got?” Tre asks him. “Come on man, you can do better than that.”

Finally, Tre puts the console behind his car and runs it over.
