Angel food cupcakes is the perfect dessert for you to serve on many different occasions, whether you are just making dinner for your family or hosting a party for your friends. The dessert is also surprisingly easy to make, which means you can go about baking it without the stress that comes with making many other desserts.

To start the process of baking this dessert, simply take Betty Crocker white angel food cake mix and combine it with water using an electric mixer until the mixture is nice and smooth. Once you have done this, pour the batter into cupcake liners that have been placed in a muffin tin and bake them for 12 to 20 minutes, or until each cupcake is cooked through and is slightly golden brown.

To make the topping, just mix heavy cream, granulated sugar and vanilla bean paste and beat until it reaches a nice whipped consistency. Once you have topped the cupcakes with whipped cream frosting, add any kind of berry you desire. The cupcakes will taste great with virtually any berry, be it blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries!

If you want to make the cupcakes completely from scratch, you will need salt, cake flour, sugar, egg whites, vanilla, warm water and cream of tartar to create the cake base. You can also make the frosting step even easier by using a container of Cool Whip as a topping.

I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait to give this dessert a try myself! Give it a try, and let us know how it goes in the comments section!
