A woman in Scotland has just created a viral video that is stealing the hearts of internet users everywhere, as it shows the reaction of her 87 year-old grandfather every time she went to visit him!
Even though Jennifer Barclay visits her grandpa Robert once a week, he greets her each time as if he has not seen her in years! Most of the time Robert just squeals when he sees Jennifer, but other times he manages to say something adorable, like “hello, honey bun!”
“My wee Grandad, 87 years young and he’s my no.1 guy,” Jennifer posted alongside the video. “I love him with all my heart. And I love recording his reactions when I come to visit.”
The video has already been viewed over eight million times in just under a week!

“I try to visit him once a week,” Jennifer said. “On a normal visit, we have a cup of tea and a catch-up. I just filmed him because I loved his reaction to seeing me.”
Jennifer has since created an Instagram page where fans can see more photos and videos of her grandfather.
“We are all very touched by the incredible response and I’m glad by posting the video I’ve been able to spread the love, especially at this time of year,” she wrote on the page.
