Little kids can be absolutely adorable, but who would have thought seeing a little boy help his mom make a grocery list could be this darn cute? He’s got all the charms of a toddler and a southern accent to go with it.
His mom, Chyrstal Logsdon, managed to catch this little man on a grocery list mission all on video and now her footage is going viral. This southern momma was shocked at how much of a southern twang her little guy has already.
She says she was getting ready to run to the store, but decided to make a shopping list first. That’s when the tyke ran to get a pen and paper off the desk and helped her make the list. Chrystal listed off the items and after each one he would write it down and repeat the item in the most adorable southern twang ever. From lettuce to taco stuff, this little man had it all under control.

While you may think it is odd for such a little guy to have such a strong accent, experts say that accents are something that are programmed into a child’s brain from the time they are very small. Babies as young as six months old can tell the differences in the way words sound and so when they do begin talking, they will start reproducing the sounds they have been hearing for months.
Consequently, if mom and dad have their own accents, chances are their little one will too. These accents are so embedded in our brains that they will even hang in their for years or decades and can’t easily be erased.
Clearly this is what has happened to Chrystal’s son. Check out the adorable video below and be sure to share it with your family and friends. This is too cute to pass up!
