Megan Rion is a photographer from Lake Charles, Louisiana who has been taking photos of newborns and children for over ten years. During a recent shoot, however, something magical happened that even a seasoned photographer like Megan had never seen before!

Megan was conducting a photoshoot with a newborn baby named Connor, and she had him laid out on a bale of hay with fall leaves and pumpkins all around him. With the light filtering in from the woods behind him, the photoshoot had a magical quality to it. Then, something truly out of this world happened when a deer started to approach Connor out of nowhere!

Megan knew that the deer was not going to harm Connor, so she kept snapping photos as the animal walked up. The images she captured seem like something out of a fairy tale!

Tiffany Gill Rogers, Connor’s mother, could not believe her eyes when she saw the final photos. They came out better than she ever could have hoped!

“I can almost guarantee his two-month pictures will be disappointing compared to this,” she joked.

Social media users can’t get enough of these photos!

“Omg how cool. Such a beautiful animal and perfect timing,” one user wrote, another adding, “Wow that’s amazing I would have thought it was photoshopped.”

“Insanely lucky shot… Luck comes to those prepared for it,” wrote a third.
