Prince William and his beloved wife Kate Middleton are the proud parents of Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. Since their children are all under the age of six, the royal couple try to keep their lives as private as possible. That’s why it’s always exciting when they reveal personal details about the lives of their children!

During an interview last week, William opened up about his oldest son George. While talking to a 14 year-old break dancer, William said that “George is doing dancing as well” and that “he loves it.” George has been taking dancing lessons at school, Thomas Battersea, where an instructor helps them with their dance skills as well as their stamina, musicality, and creativity.

William said that his daughter Charlotte also “absolutely loves” to dance. Both William and Charlotte likely got this passion from their grandmother, the late Princess Diana, who also loved to dance.

“My mother always used to dance, [she] loved dancing,” William said. “And if it’s something you love, you do what you love. Don’t let anyone else tell you otherwise. Keep at it.”

Diana tragically passed away back in 1997, so she never got to meet her grandchildren, but she would undoubtedly be very proud of them if she were alive today!

As for William, he admitted that while he inherited many things from his mother, dancing skills were not one of them! The prince joked that the only kind of break dancing that he can do is one where “I break myself.”
