On Friday, Princess Eugenie married Jack Brooksbank at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle, the same venue that her cousin Prince Harry married Meghan Markle at back in May.
The wedding was attended by 850 people, including celebrities like Cara Delevingne and Robbie Williams. An additional 1,200 people were chosen by ballot to watch the wedding from the grounds of the castle. These lucky folks laid out picnic blankets and drank champagne as they waited for the royal couple to appear.
The crowd got very excited when Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip arrived, greeting them with loud cheers.
Eugenie could not help but smile throughout her wedding as she wore a breathtakingly beautiful gown designed by Peter Pilotto and Christopher De Vos. She also wore the Queen’s Greville Emerald Kokoshnik Tiara, made by Boucheron in 1919, which includes brilliant and rose-cut diamonds, pave set in platinum, with six emeralds on either side.

Prince George and Princess Charlotte each had roles in the wedding, with the little boy being a pageboy and his sister being a bridesmaid. Eugenie’s sister Princess Beatrice was her made of honor, while the best man was Jack’s brother Thomas.
Those watching in the church included singer Ellie Goulding, comedians Stephen Fry and Jack Whitehall and supermodels Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell.
Eugenie arrived at St. George’s Chapel in a carriage, much to the delight of the crowd watching.
“I got emotional!” said one onlooker. “I was quite teary. It’s just lovely. I love all the pomp and sense of occasion.”
“I’m a royal geek. It’s just all part of our heritage. They’re fantastic – I love the romance of it all,” another added. “She looked so radiant.”
