Teachers are used to their students doing whatever they can to get out of taking their exams. Recently, five students thought that they had come up with the perfect plan to get out of taking their tests, but their teacher quickly showed them that they were dead wrong!
The five friends were so confident the weekend before their exams that they decided to leave campus and party hard both Friday and Saturday night. They then slept all day on Sunday, and they didn’t get back to their school until early Monday morning.
Realizing they were not prepared to take their final exams at all, they decided to wait until after the test was given to appear and talk to their professor. They went to their teacher and claimed that they had gone to a nursing home in the nearest town to spend some time with the elderly for the weekend. They said that they had planned to come back to campus and study, but they got a flat tire and weren’t able to get help for quite some time, leaving them with no time to study.
The professor thought about it for a few minutes and then agreed to let them take the exam the next day. The students were overjoyed, and they spent the rest of the day studying.
When they returned the next day, the professor placed them in separate rooms and handed each of them a test booklet, and told them to begin. The students noticed that the first question was worth five points, and it was incredibly easy.
“Cool,” they students each thought at the same time, each one in a separate room. “This is going to be easy.”
When they turned to the second page, they saw that the next question was, “For 95 points: Which tire?”
HA! This just goes to show that teachers ALWAYS know!
