When I was a child, my favorite tasty treat was a root beer float! That’s why my mouth started to water as soon as I saw this delicious-looking Root Beer Float Pie version!
The filling has the rich and creamy taste of a traditional root beer float, while the dish also has the crumble from a traditional pie crust. You can easily make this with a premade crust and decorate it with chocolate sauce or sprinkles for any occasion.

Here are the ingredients you need for the crust:
- 1½ cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoon butter, melted
And here are the ingredients you need for the pie:
- 1 8 oz container lite frozen whipped topping, thawed
- ¾ cup cold root beer
- ⅓ cup milk
- 1 1 oz package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 teaspoon Root Beer concentrate, optional
- whipped cream, for garnish
First, preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9 inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray. Then, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and salt in a bowl.

Once you have done this, add in some melted butter and stir until graham cracker mixture is coated. Then, press the mixture into the pie plate that you have already prepared.

Bake it for eight minutes until you see the crust begin to turn a light brown color. After you’ve taken it out to let it cool, grab a large bowl and whisk together root beer, milk, pudding mix, and root beer concentrate for about 5 minutes.

Fold in the whipped cream topping carefully until they come together.

Then, pour the mixture into cooled pie crust and place it in the refrigerator for four hours.

Once you’ve done this, top it with whipped cream and you’re ready to eat it!
