Alfie Sheard may only be 17-years-old, but he is one of the best performers out there. So good, in fact, that his videos are viewed and shared millions of times.

The teen from England recently shared a video of himself busking in Doncaster and it caught the attention of someone very important. The producers of the Ellen Degeneres Show contacted him and asked him to come to the U.S. to appear on her show.

That’s the moment that Alfie’s life turned upside down, but for the better. He told Ellen on the show that he loves music and Ed Sheeran is his favorite musician. Ellen then prepared a surprise for Alfie. She presented him with a personalized guitar from Sheeran.

After that, Alfie’s name started sounding familiar in the music industry and he’s now started producing his own music and songs which he hopes to turn into a successful album.

He’s also appeared on several television stations and newspapers and been giving lots of interviews, including sharing what his experience in the U.S. was like. He says he had an amazing time and most of his time spent there involved studio work and networking.
