Susan Lucci is an Emmy Award-winning actress who is best known for starring on the soap opera “All My Children” for over forty years.

At 71 years of age, Lucci still looks as gorgeous and youthful as ever. This week, she spoke out to reveal the secret behind her good looks! The actress stunned her fans by revealing that she still works out six times a week!

“I try to take one day off, because you’re supposed to take a day off,” she said. “But I’ll always do something, because I find my body craves it.”

“I like to work out first thing in the morning,” Lucci said. “Because then I know, no matter what happens for the rest of the day, I’ve done something good for myself.”

Lucci increased her workout regime when she appeared on “Dancing With The Stars” two years ago.

“I knew I’d have to step up my program, to get an even stronger core to be dancing on the show,” she said, adding that she is very proud of the abs she now rocks! To maintain these abs, Lucci focuses on adhering to a healthy diet.

Most of Lucci’s workouts occur on her Pilates Pro Chair, which is a workout tool designed to help you target certain body parts like your abs, thighs, and butt by using Pilates moves. Lucci does 10 moves a day on this machine, for 30 to 100 reps each, once through.

Though she looks amazing, Lucci still has a few fitness goals.

“I want to be 5’8,” she said with a laugh. “And I’m hoping I can get there through stretching—right now I’m five foot two on a good day.”
