Royal fans all over the globe are speculating that a royal baby may soon be on the way after it was revealed that Meghan Markle’s mother Doria Ragland has been taking baby care classes near her home in California.
Doria has reportedly been learning various important nanny skills, such as first aid, from specialist coaches in Los Angeles. This comes after it was reported that Doria, 62, is preparing to move overseas to be closer to her daughter and future grandchildren.
Doria, who is a social worker, has been taking classes at the Cradle Company in Pasadena, Los Angeles.
“Two of the teachers, Brandi and Hannah, are training Doria at her home half an hour away to avoid attracting unwanted attention,” a source said. “Meghan wants to avoid hiring staff if possible once her first child arrives. The thought of having her mum move in with them and take on the role of baby nurse is the best possible solution to that. Even more so because it’s something Doria has always wanted to do anyway. She already specialises in prenatal yoga.”
“She’s learned everything from breastfeeding and lactation consultancy, basic baby care, CPR and first aid. The course also covers sleep training for later on, weaning and helping the new mother with her recovery,” the source continued.
Doria is “extremely close” to Meghan, as evidenced by the fact that she was the only member of her family to attend her wedding to Prince Harry.
Sources say that Doria is excited for her move to the United Kingdom.
“She is getting ready to move to London. I think she will be going as soon as possible. I know that she was eager to live closer to her daughter,” a friend of Doria’s said. “She also fell in love with England and told me when she got back that it’s somewhere she believes she too could happily live.”
At 37 years of age, Meghan has already expressed interest in starting a family as soon as possible. We would certainly be very happy to hear that a royal baby is coming in the near future.
