Epsom salt can help ease soreness in your muscles and reduce inflammation. Simply mix salt and hot water, then store it in the fridge until it’s cool. If you rub this mixture on your muscles, you’ll quickly feel relief!

Treat Your Hair

By mixing equal parts Epsom salt and conditioner, your can add volume to your hair! This mixture will remove oil in your hair, making it look healthy and full.
