Avon Car Bottles are some of the most popular collector’s items in the world. That’s why we’ve found three different types of Avon Car Bottles to tell you a bit more about!
Avon Straight Eight

The picture above shows the straight eight race car in it’s original box. Notice that the green decanter is adorned on top with a big red circle with the number 8 printed in bold black letters. The term “straight eight” refers to an early style where the 8 cylinders in the engine block were placed in a straight line along the crankcase. Though it was popular during World War I, this model had completely been replaced by World War II.
Avon 1951 Studebaker

The Studebaker stopped being manufactured in the 1960s, and this 2 ounce bottle of Wild Country after shave Avon celebrates the 1951 version of the car. Notice that it was a big car with a lot of metal and chrome, and it’s image conjures up memories of the 1950s for anyone who lived during that decade.

Avon 1953 Ferrari

This is a 1953 Ferrari bottle from Avon, and at just 5 inches long, it’s smaller than the other cars. This decanter was originally used to hold two ounces of Wild Country after shave. The car itself was known for being very fast back in the day!
