Ellie Yeater is a 14 year-old girl who just finished up a renovation project that is truly inspiring.
After buying a 1974 camper for just $200, Ellie decided to fix it up herself. After spending many hot summer days working on it, Ellie just finally finished it, and the results are amazing!

While most of her friends were lazing around for the summer, Ellie put herself to work on this camper. She’s single-handedly made it into an epic hangout space that her friends are definitely going to love!

Though the original camper had an old floor and wooden paneling, Ellie completely gutted all of this and removed all the original amenities. Once all of that was gone, Ellie got to work decorating!

While she did all of the work herself, Ellie got tips from her father and grandfather on how best to take everything apart.

Ellie painted the exterior of the camper a light blue color called mystic sea. She then got to work on the interior of the camper, painting it pink aside from pops of light blue along the nooks and crannies of it. Once she had done this, Ellie put in hard wood tiles along the floor to cover up the outdated green/yellow pattern.

With the hard part over, Ellie added some cute accessories to the interior of the camper. The camper now has customized cushions, pillows, hanging lights, and more!

How cute is that?! What an awesome summer project!
