When piles of newspapers started showing up behind James Eubanks’ home in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, he had no idea how they were getting there.
The piles started two weeks ago and some days he’d find just one paper, but other days as many as 10. Each day he would clean up the mess and never give it much thought.
When a phone book finally arrived in the middle of the morning pile, he decided to see what was behind the early morning deliveries. Curious to find the culprit, he set up a camera in his back yard.

What the night vision camera caught was very unexpected. The culprits behind the deliveries? A group of foxes. “Mystery solved!” exclaimed Eubanks on Facebook.
He says without the photos no one would have ever believe him. The only question remaining is why the foxes were stealing newspapers from the neighborhood and delivering them to Eubanks.

But Eubanks has an answer for that too. “Since it’s newspapers, it must be Fox News,” he chuckles.
