Being a newborn home is challenging for parents in numerous different ways. One of the biggest questions that parents face is how their older children will react to having a new baby brother or sister at home. There’s always the fear that older siblings will become jealous of their baby brother or sister and not want to share the spotlight with them. If the mother in this video had this fear, however, she certainly doesn’t now after seeing what happened in this footage!

The mother handed her newborn son over to his six year-old big brother and left the room for just a moment. When she returned, she saw something that melted her heart and had her grabbing her phone to record them!

The big brother had started singing “No One Like You” by John Denver to his newborn sibling, and he could not be any cuter doing it!

“I like your eyes. I like your nose. I like your mouth, your ear, your hand, your toes,” he sang. It was then that he realized his mother was watching, but he didn’t stop there! Instead, he continued with his lullaby.

“There’s no one, no one exactly like you,” the brother sang as he finished the song.

It’s clear that this little boy plans to be a very devoted and hands on big brother! This newborn is very lucky to have someone like him watching out for him!
