Lots of talented young singers audition for “The Voice Kids,” but Matteo, Claudia, and Matteo Markus are definitely some of the most talented ones we have ever seen!
The three teenagers recently took the stage to perform the song “The Prayer” by Celine Dion and Andrea Bocelli, and they ended up leaving the judges speechless with their amazing vocal abilities.

Celine and Andrea’s voices come together so perfectly in the original song that many fans are unaware of one huge secret behind it. This classic song was actually recorded two separate times: once in English by Celine, and once in Italian by Andrea. Recording the song twice and blending the two versions ended up being a very smart decision, as the song was a massive success! After it’s release, “The Prayer” won a Golden Globe Award for Best Original Song and was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Song in 1999. On top of that, the song won a Grammy Award for Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals in 2000.
Today, “The Prayer” is considered to be one of the best vocal collaborations of all time, so it’s no wonder that these three singers decided to perform it on “The Voice Kids!”

Though Matteo, Claudia, and Matteo were competing against each other as they sang for the chance to move onto the next round, their voices blended together seamlessly! When listening to them perform, it’s hard to remember that they are still teenagers, as they sound like singers who have been honing their craft for decades!
