A California man recently captured a video of a bear in his backyard when he was sitting outside enjoying a margarita. Mark Hough says that he was enjoying a leisurely afternoon in his yard when he saw the bear begin climbing over his fence.

The bear climbed over the fence from a neighboring property and went straight for his outdoor jacuzzi. The tub wasn’t heated at the time, but had the jets running. The bear settled into the water and bubbles gurgled up around it.

Hough says he was astonished to see a bear just hanging out in the jacuzzi in his Altadena yard, but as you can tell in the video, the bear thoroughly enjoyed his time in the water. Probably cooling off just like any of us would.

Hough recorded the video as the bear luxuriated in the jacuzzi for a few minutes. Eventually the bear climbed out of the water, strolled across the yard, and lapped up his abandoned margarita before climbing back over the fence and going on his way.
