A woman and her friend went out to lunch at a local diner one day, and they decided to bring their children along with them.
The children proceeded to start loudly misbehaving and they quickly became totally out of control. Finally, things got so bad that the restaurant manager approached the women and offered them some advice, but they did not take this very well. They explained that they thought the restaurant was family friendly, so it would therefore be alright to let their children run around.
However, other patrons had complained to the manager about the children, and he agreed that their behavior was unacceptable. After politely asking the women to quiet their children down, one of them became angry and began recording the “rude manager” on her cellphone. Thinking the manager was out of line, she recorded him and posted the video to YouTube in an attempt to get revenge on him.
This move completely backfired on the woman, as social media users took the manager’s side! All she accomplished by posting the video was showing the world how entitled she is herself.
“I love how she posts this video, probably expecting an outcry of support, only to be blown away by support of the calm manager instead,” one user wrote. “I hope she reads every single comment, non of which are in her favor, and realizes her stupidity. The internet generation has created a bunch of entitled brats, who think they understand the law and their rights, and are constantly looking for the next viral video. Can you imagine living with this woman? This girl’s poor husband is either a saint, or he’s just as dumb as she is.”
“So you posted this thinking you’d embarrass the manager? HAHAHAHAHAHA Two years later, it’s going viral, and the comments are running 100-0 in his favor,” another added.
“Rude customer more like. Unbelievable,” a third user wrote.
