Dogs are known as man’s best friend because of how loyal and faithful they are to their human owners. Dogs become so close to us that it is easy to sometimes forget that they are still animals with wild instincts. Thus, unusual things can end up showing up on your doorstep!

A hilarious new joke is going viral about a dog owner who may take his loyalty to his canine a little too far!

A man starts to panic when his dog comes home with his neighbor’s pet rabbit dead in his mouth. Not knowing what to do, the man takes the dirty, chewed up rabbit into his house. Once inside, the dog owner  gives the rabbit a bath, blow-dries its fur, and puts it back into the cage at the neighbor’s house, hoping that they will think their pet passed away of natural causes.

A few days later, the neighbor asks the dog owner, “Did you hear that Fluffy died?”

“Um… no… what happened?” the man stammers in response.

“We found him dead in his cage one day,” the neighbor said. “But the weird thing is that the day after we buried him, someone dug him up, gave him a bath and put him back into the cage. There are some real sick people out there!”

LOL!

This just goes to show how strong the bond between a man and his dog can be. At times, our love for our pets can blind us, and we can end up making irrational decisions for them!
