We’ve all heard the phrase “dance like no one is watching,” but the guy in this video seems to have a lot more fun dancing like nobody is listening!

The 1984 classic “Footloose” is one of the most beloved movies in history, and everyone seems to know the theme song. The song is so infectious that it’s hard to resist the urge to not start dancing to it when it comes on!

When YouTuber Preston Leatherman decided he wanted to film himself dancing in public, he figured that the song “Footloose” would be the best tune to dance to.

Preston puts on his headphones and heads to his local Target to play the song. As the song begins to play, the YouTube star allows the music to completely take over him as he flails his limbs all around to the tune!

“I had this idea to go to a public place (in this case…the local shopping mall) and dance like no one’s business….the only catch is, there is an iPod in my ear, so no one else around me can hear the music,” Preston wrote in the video description.

Shoppers can be seen walking around Preston as he dances. Since they can’t hear the music, some of them are oblivious to his presence at all. Others try and join in dancing with him by copying his moves as they laugh. Everyone who sees Preston in the store can’t help but smile, as his happy move is contagious!
