There’s nothing like a good joke to bring a smile to your face! A new one is going viral this week that is sure to make you chuckle.
Three women who had travelled to Mexico to celebrate their college graduation ended up getting too drunk one night and waking up in jail. They were stunned to find out that they were going to be executed in the morning, as none of them could remember what they had done the night before.
The first woman, a redhead, is strapped into the electric chair and asked if she has any final words. She tells them, “I just graduated from Trinity Bible College and believe in the almighty power of God to intervene on the behalf of the innocent.”
The executioners flip the switch and nothing happens, and they all immediately fall to the floor on their knees, beg for forgiveness, and release her.
When the second lady, a brunette, is strapped in, she is asked if she has any final words as well. She responds, “I just graduated from the Harvard School of Law and I believe in the power of justice to intervene on the part of the innocent.”
They flip the switch and nothing happens, and the executioners again beg for forgiveness and release her.
Finally, the third woman, a blonde, is strapped into the electric chair and asked if she has any final words.
“Well, I’m from the University of Texas and just graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering, and I’ll tell ya right now, ya’ll ain’t gonna electrocute nobody if you don’t plug this thing in,” she said.
LOL!
