There’s a popular belief that opposites attract. On the other hand, when 2 people are very different from each other, it’s hard for them to find common ground. Lots of good movies have been made about this problem, such as the iconic Bridget Jones films. Millions of people watched her desperate attempts to become happy with people who were completely different than herself. But we had no idea that years later, the actress playing Bridget would do the same thing in her real life.

Renée Zellweger’s private life has always been in the spotlight. The famous actress would choose popular people are her partners. At the beginning of her career, she was engaged to Jim Carrey, but they never got married. Later, she dated Bradley Cooper, but “happily ever after” didn’t happen for them either.

The actress did marry singer Kenny Chesney, but the marriage lasted just several months. She had her longer relationship with musician Doyle Bramhall II. They lived together from 2012 to 2019.

The actress has always said that she didn’t want kids. From a very young age, she dreamed about very different things, but definitely not motherhood. “I never have expectations like ‘when I’m 19, I’m going to do this, and by the time I’ve hit 25, I’m going to do that.’ I just take things as they come, each day at a time, and if things happen, all well and good.”

Like in movies, parallel lines still cross in real life. That’s what happened this time. Ant and Renée met at his show. After working together, the man realized he adored the Hollywood star. That same day, he posted their first photo together and wrote, “It’s the incredibly magical Renée Zellweger.”

After some time, the press started talking about a possible romance between Ant and Renée. Despite being called an unlikely duo, Anstead broke the silence and announced that he and Renée were a couple.

Both Ant and Renée are reserved people that don’t like public attention very much. This is perhaps another reason why they are together. They like each other’s creativity, which is important for their jobs.

Sometimes, life can change us and our views unpredictably. Renée Zellweger, a childfree woman that had never seen happiness in children, is now seen in the media accompanied by kids. The actress visits sports games, takes walks, and rides swings with the little son of her boyfriend. And, most importantly, she smiles a lot, enjoying her time with the child.
