2020 has been a difficult year for all of us in a way that nobody could have seen coming. Sometimes, all you can do is laugh when looking back at this train wreck of a year, and that’s exactly what Robyn Schall did after she found a list of goals that she wrote for 2020 last December.

“When at 11pm and a glass of wine deep you find your 2020 goals list and can’t help but laugh!! 2020 goal list is trolling me hard!” she captioned the video.

The video opens with Schall pouring herself a glass of wine as she read her list of 2020 goals, which included being able to “travel more,” “lose weight” and “be more social” this year.

“Goal one –  make more money. Well, I’ve been unemployed since March,” she declared, barely holding in her giggles. “…Cry less. I wrote ‘cry less.’ I’ve cried every single day of this whole pandemic.”

Schall could not help but burst out laughing as she read that her final goal was to spend more time with her grandmother, who has since passed away.

The video went mega-viral, much to the surprise of Schall, who is just happy that it brought people some joy after a difficult year.

“The fact that it’s been the crappiest year that’s ever been but I’m able to make people’s day just this much better is all I’ve ever wanted,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “The whole thing is just amazing.”

As for 2021, however, don’t expect to be getting another goals list out of Schall. She’s learned her lesson, and she’s not doing that again!

“I need everyone to listen up because I know some of you have messaged me. I promise I will not make a 2021 list. I know a lot of you think me and this journal are responsible for everything, and I take responsibility,” she said. “I will say, this could be on me and I will not make a list for 2021. …No goals. I don’t even want to say wake up tomorrow.”

Despite this, Schall does have some things that she is hoping to “manifest” going into next year.

“I know we’re looking at jobs but we have to be honest, life is rough. What do we need? We need to get invited to that Jenner-Kardashian Christmas party,” she said. “We need Dunkin’ Donuts to realize I’m a big fan of donuts and say, ‘Hey, Robyn, would you like to be in a commercial?’ Like, I keep my goals low.”
