If you’ve ever had a puppy you know they ruin your stuff, they are unpredictable and smart, they’re like toddlers and often give you a run for your money.
This puppy is no exception, security cameras caught a French bulldog-Boston terrier mix accidentally starting a fire in its owner’s Melbourne home. Luckily, the dog was not injured in the incident, but the flames caused a serious amount of damage. Like $41,000 of damage.

According to the New York Post, Danielle Danski watched the fire ignite on her couch in real-time. Her 10-month-old puppy Archie apparently got his paws on a lighter and was somehow able to light it. His instagram handle has since changed to “archie_the_arsonist.”
Danski was very fortunate to have had live access on her phone since it allowed her to contact the fire department soon after the fire started.

When she returned home, the scared pup reportedly jumped right into her arms.
