Monday investigators released surveillance images of a shoplifting incident that happened October, 5 at the Total Wine store in Boynton Beach, FL.

According to police, the thief was able to get away with bottles of scotch worth more than $1,000 from the liquor store.

The brand of scotch wasn’t immediately known and neither was the total number of bottles that were stolen.

The man took bottles out of their boxes and concealed them down the front of his pants, police said. However, the thief didn’t grab all the booze booty at one time. He entered and exited the store three times over the course of three hours, said police spokeswoman Stephanie Slater.

The man is still on the lam and chances are he’s wasted. Police ask anyone with information to call the Boynton Beach Police Department at 561-732-8116. Tips can also be made, anonymously, to Crime Stoppers of Palm Beach County at 800-458-8477.
