A young girl’s lemonade stand was just flooded with business thanks to dozens of bikers who were grateful to her mother for her kindness.

It all started in September of 2018, when dozens of bikers with the Milwaukee Irons motorcycle club were involved in a vehicular accident in Chili, Indiana. Daryn Sturch, who happens to be a nurse, was out driving with her daughter when they came upon the crash. Without hesitating, Daryn took action and jumped in to help the bikers in any way that she could, and they are still appreciative of her help.

Afterwards, the bikers kept in touch with Daryn on Facebook, which is how they saw that her 8-year-old daughter Bryanne had set up a lemonade stand. She even advertised for it by describing her daughter’s juice as “the best lemonade in the state.”

When Bryanne set up her stand, over 30 leather-clad bikers showed up at it. One of the bikers was someone who Daryn helped after the accident one year before.

“I feared for his life. This was the first time I’ve seen him since that day,” Daryn said of the man. “Not only did they make my daughter’s lemonade stand unforgettable, but reuniting with these people and seeing how well they are doing was such a fantastic surprise!”

Video of the surprise has quickly gone viral, and Daryn is hoping that it will help people to look past people’s appearances.

“My big takeaway is that I really want people to step back and understand that we can look differently, talk differently, dress differently, have different interests… but just because we are ‘different’ doesn’t mean that we don’t share the same core values,” Daryn said. “It’s about respect, love, kindness, and the desire to serve others.”
