It’s been one month since “Beverly Hills 90210” star Luke Perry tragically passed away from a stroke at the age of 52. Now, his 21 year-old son Jack has returned to the world of professional wrestling for the first time since his dad’s passing as he continues to mourn his father’s death.

Jack made his wrestling return in a match that took place last Saturday at the White Eagle Hall in Jersey City, New Jersey.

“I’m not sure I’ll ever be ready, but I’m back,” Jack captioned a video from his match, which he ended up winning. “Thanks for all the love and support.”

Two days after his father passed away, Jack paid tribute to him on Instagram by posting a series of photos of the two together.

“He loved supporting me in everything, and inspired me to be the best that I could possibly be,” he captioned the images. “I’ve learned so much from you, and my heart is broken thinking about everything you won’t be here for. I’ll miss you every day that I walk this earth. I’ll do whatever I can to carry on your legacy and make you proud. I love you Dad.”

Days after his father’s death, Jack pulled out of a wrestling match that had been scheduled for March 13.

“Unfortunately Jungle Boy will no longer be wrestling at our March 13th show [in Los Angeles],” tweeted Bar Wrestling at the time. “Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family at this time.”

While losing his dad at such a young age will always be painful for Jack, it’s good to see him getting back to his normal life. Please continue to keep the entire Perry family in your thoughts and prayers!
