Keanu Reeves is best known for starring in action films like The Matrix and Speed. Last weekend, he went on a real life adventure when he stepped up to help his fellow passengers after their flight had to make an emergency landing.

Reeves was onboard a United Airlines flight from San Francisco to Los Angeles, California when the plane had to make an emergency landing in Bakersfield. With all of the passengers stranded 100 miles from their destination of L.A., Reeves arranged for a bus to drive all of them to the city.

As a Hollywood A-lister, Reeves easily could have made arrangements for just himself to be chauffeured to L.A. However, he was not about to leave his fellow passengers behind, so he made sure that they were taken with him as well.

Reeves’ negotiations over the bus was recorded by his fellow passengers, and his interactions with the airline have since gone viral. People all over the globe have been praising Reeves for helping these people out!

When they finally arrived in L.A., Reeves shook the hands of his fellow passengers and said, “it was a pleasure to meet you.” He then left them and walked into a Carl’s Jr. burger restaurant, showing that celebrities really are just like us!
