Max Ashton is a blind teenager who has never let this disability hold him back in life at all.
A few years ago, Max had the opportunity to throw the ceremonial first pitch for Game 4 of the National League Division Series between the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Milwaukee Brewers.

Throwing the first pitch at one of these games is scary for anyone, especially for someone who can’t see. Despite this, Max confidently managed to throw what many are calling one of the most impressive pitches ever!

The video opens with Max being led to the pitcher’s mound by his father Marc, who is the CEO of the Foundation for Blind Children.

Max winds up and throws the baseball perfectly into the catcher’s mitt. The crowd went wild as soon as they saw the incredible pitch, and Max’s dad triumphantly launched his fist into the air to show how proud he is of his son.

Video of the pitch has since gone viral, being viewed over two million times! People all over the world can’t get enough of Max’s perfect pitch.
“Probably the best first pitch I’ve ever seen,” one social media user commented, with another adding, “I couldn’t even throw that pitch that well and I can see.”
“This guy throws better than me that’s amazing great work to him,” a third user wrote.
This kind of determination only proves that Max, despite his blindness, will continue to do great things in life.
