Though the legendary rock and roll star Elvis Presley has been gone for over forty years, he is still dearly missed by millions of fans all over the world.
When Elvis passed away in 1977, he left behind his Graceland Estate in Memphis, Tennessee. Graceland is arguably one of the most famous homes in the world, and thousands of Elvis fans flock there each year to see where the King of Rock And Roll lived.

The estate is now owned by Elvis’s daughter Lisa Marie Presley and has been turned into a museum full of her father’s memorabilia. The mansion has 23 rooms that include eight bedrooms and bathrooms, a living room, a music room, dining room, a “jungle” room, a kitchen, a TV and billiard room, a swimming pool, Trophy Building, the Meditation Garden, a stable for horses, and a shooting range.
Living room & music room

This beautiful room includes the last Christmas gift Elvis received from his father, Vernon, which was a painting. The room also has personal photos of Elvis and his family.
Dining room

The huge crystal chandelier adds elegance and drama to this very sophisticated dining room. We can only imagine the many family dinners Elvis enjoyed here!
Kitchen

Elvis’ aunt Delta, who moved into the home after his death, used this kitchen until 1993, which is why it was not open to the public until 1995.
The Jungle room

This funky room is a den that was obviously designed with a jungle theme. It was also a recording studio where Elvis recorded his last two albums.
TV room

Elvis’ large TV room was what we now would refer to as a ‘man cave’ room with three televisions mounted side by side on one wall. Elvis loved football so it’s a room he likely watch his NFL games each Sunday.
The stables

The home also had a large property that included stables for Elvis’ beloved horses. Elvis had an infinity for horses and took extra care of the animals. It’s been said that Elvis ran an organized barn with each horse and rider having separate gear and a place to stash it when not in use.
If you’ve never been to Graceland, we highly suggest that you pay the estate a visit, as there is a whole lot more to see! Check out the video below.
