A heartwarming photo is going viral right now showing a worker at a Texas Chick-fil-A going above and beyond to help one of her customers.
Ashley Guzman, 19, is an employee at a Chick-fil-A restaurant at the Palmera Mall in Corpus Christi. There, she was caught on camera last Saturday taking the time to help a disabled man eat his lunch.

“While eating at the mall with my family I saw this lovely girl help this man out,” Jessica Gomez, who snapped the photo, wrote on Facebook. “I’ve seen this man several times here by himself. This employee sat with him and fed him his food. She went above and beyond. The times I’ve been here everyone just leaves him. She cut his food into pieces and went back several times to get him whatever he needed. May God bless this woman.”
Operations Director Melissa Tamez said Chick-fil-A explained that while the restaurant chain encourages all employees to help customers who need it, Ashley truly showed compassion for her fellow being.
“It tells us a lot about her. She has a really good heart,” Melissa said. “She loves to come to work every day.”
Ashley explained that she hopes to become a caregiver for senior citizens and people in hospice care once she finishes school.
“It makes me feel good that I can have a connection with somebody and make their day a little bit better, or give them some positivity, because you don’t know what people are going through,” Ashley said.
God bless this young woman in her professional endeavor. Clearly she already exhibits a loving heart to be a caregiver!
