Animals have a way of protecting themselves when they are in their natural habitat.

For some of those animals, their protection is such good camouflage that you can hardly see them.

If you love a good challenge, we’ve got a new one for you to try your hand at and it involves animals with really good camouflage.

Some optical illusions are so difficult that it can be hard to pick out the one thing you are looking for.

This photo is like many others that you see. It shows an animal hiding, but it is not in its natural habitat.

Instead, it is a puzzle put together just to get your eyes working.

It shows a whole parliament of owls and among them is a cat that is rather hidden.

You probably had no idea how much a cat can look like an owl until now.

This challenge is pretty tough for most people.

Spend two minutes trying it out for yourself and see what you can find. Do you see the camouflaged kitty among the owls?

Unless you have a good set of hawk eyes, you likely can’t pick the kitten out of the crowd.

If you still don’t see it, there are a few things you can do to help improve your vision.

According to the experts, one of the keys to having sharp vision is eating a healthy diet.

For your eyes to perform their best, they need the right combination of vitamins and minerals.

That combination needs to include Lutein and Vitamin A.

These will help you see in low light, and although they might not help you right now, increasing your consumption of these vitamins can help over the long haul.

Of course, you can take a supplement, but you can also find these vitamins and minerals in your food.

They occur naturally in fruits and vegetables such as spinach, swiss chard, carrots, and kale.

Other great sources in your food include liver, cod liver oil, zucchini, brussel sprouts, and sweet potatoes. Now that you know what you need to eat, can you see the cat yet?

We all need to keep our eyes in good health, so be sure to share this story with your family and friends.
