Christmas is just two weeks away, and with all the hustle and bustle that surrounds the holidays it is easy to forget what the true meaning of Christmas really is. Christmas isn’t about the gifts or the goodies. It is about God, love, and family. The members of the a capella group Pentatonix has created a new music video to help us keep our focus this Christmas season.

It is called “Where Are You, Christmas” and their rendition will truly give you goosebumps. Like many of us, this year has been tough on the group making it hard for them to keep their focus. One of the talented members of the group, Avi Kaplan, left Pentatonix earlier this year, which was quite a shock. But as the band regrouped, they better understood his reasoning.

The group says they are constantly on the road and producing albums every year. This makes the pace of their lives really crazy and it can be hard on some people.

They said that Avi is very close to his family and although he’s always wanted to make music, he also wanted to be with his family when they need him. So he took the step to go out on his own so he could have more control over his own schedule.

Clearly spending time away from your family could be a deal breaker, but luckily the group was able to find another bassist named Matt Sallee. He has been a perfect addition to the group. The group describes Matt as a bundle of joy and the fans absolutely adore him. They say he is humble and kind and everyone has embraced him from the moment they announced his addition to the group.

With Matt, Kevin, Scott, Mitch, and Kirstin singing out their hearts in this new Christmas hit, you’ll see why everyone is in love with this new song. They don’t even need a fancy backdrop due to their outstanding vocals.

Check out the amazing video below and be sure to share it with your family and friends.
