Andrea Bocelli has been wowing the world for decades with his amazing voice, but it has been over 14 years since he released his last album. Luckily for his fans, that is about to change.
Bocelli recently released a brand new album called “Si” and it is full of duets with some of the most famous singers, including a stunning duet with Russain soprano, Aida Garifullina. The operatic duo have teamed up in the past and performed at a variety of concerts and galas throughout the years, but this is the first time that the angelic voiced duo has ever recorded a song together.
Once you listen to the song, you will understand why this duet is nothing short of amazing. It is one of the only artists who could compete with Bocelli in his operatic tones. The two sing Ave Maria Pietas and compliment each other perfectly.

The video starts out with Bocelli praying in a church. The song uses the same words as the traditional Catholic prayer, Ave Maria, but the order of the words are changed, as well as a bit of the melody. Before long, Garifullina joins Bocelli in the duet and the church is filled with heavenly and flawless vocals. It is no wonder that this song has already become a huge hit.
The new album also features duets with other artists including Bocelli’s son Matteo, Josh Groban, Ariana Grande, Dua Lipa, and Ed Sheeran, but none of them share the operatic vocals with Bocelli the way that Garifullina can.
Check out the breathtaking video of their duet below and be sure to share this with your family and friends. If they love Bocelli, they won’t want to miss out on this one.
