Dogs are typically known for the fierce loyalty that they show to humans. While love and loyalty are two of the main characteristics in dogs, they can also be fiercely intelligent creatures who can use their smarts to wrap humans around their fingers.

A woman from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma has just taken to social media to warn others about her dog, who is using a very clever trick to get herself free food!

Betsy Reyes explained that her beloved dog Princess has been sneaking out at night to go to the local McDonald’s, where she pretends to be a stray so that employees will feel sorry for her and give her food! Betsy said that Princess is a “gold digger” who has been running this scam on people for quite some time.

“If you see my dog @ the McDonald’s on shields, quit feeding her fat ass bc she don’t know how to act & be leaving the house all the time to go walking to McDonald’s at night,” Betsy wrote. “She’s not even a stray dog. She’s just a gold diggin that be acting like she’s a stray so people will feel bad for her & feed her burgers.”

Betsy’s post quickly went viral, so she decided to follow up by posting proof of what is happening. One night, Betsy followed Princess when she snuck out and recorded her pretending to be a stray as another woman gave her food!

Sorry, Princess, but it seems like the gig is finally up for you. Now that is one smart little dog!
