When Raffi Arto appeared on The Voice France, he sat quietly at a white grand piano. The judges had no idea what he had in store for them, but as soon as he began singing, it was clear that he was going to wow them.

Arto began singing the King of Rock and Roll’s hit song “Can’t Help Falling in Love.” His voice was soft and subtle, but had an obvious power to it just like Elvis Presley’s voice did decades ago. Arto says he’s been consumed with music since he was a young child. He began playing piano when he was just six years old and sang everywhere he went.

He says most of his memories as a child involve music in some form or another. He admits he doesn’t even know how much he practices these days, but says it is several hours a day, although he does have other interests too. Arto says that although it isn’t very noticeable on stage, he has a significant amount of stage fright. Therefore, performing in front of millions of people on the show is very hard for him to do.

He states performing music is very easy for him, but the crowds make it much harder. He knows his time in the limelight won’t last long so he’s trying to make the most of it while he can. The artist who is so young that he can’t even drive yet, managed to hit every single note during his performance giving no hint at all that he was nervous and his stomach was doing somersaults.

Clearly, he is a natural performer and the crowd knew it too. By the end of the performance everyone was on their feet. Check out the video below to see why and be sure to share it with your family and friends.
