Horses have been known for centuries as some of the most majestic creatures on Earth.

However, one horse named Frederik The Great is now standing out from the rest and being dubbed the most handsome horse on the planet.

Frederik The Great earned the title of handsomest horse on Earth in 2016, and it’s easy to see why!

Frederik is so regal looking that he was named after the man who was ruler of Prussia from 1740 to 1786.

The horse lives in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas with his owners from Pinnacle Friesians, and he’s taken care of very well there!

From his dark coat to his piercing eyes, Frederik’s look is unforgettable.

“People fly in from all over that want to just be with him,” explained his owner Stacy Nazario.

“Once you see him in person, once you meet him, it takes on a whole new relationship with Fredrick.”

Frederik already has legions of fans, with his Facebook page alone having over 75,000 fans.

“He enjoys his followers, and when he posts that on his Facebook, he does mean it,” Stacy added.

Frederik has appeared in movies like Behind The Beauty and televisions shows like “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.

His owner explained that maintaining Frederik’s good looks takes a lot of work!

“It usually takes about three hours,” Stacy said.

“To wash his mane, to condition his mane, to dry his mane.”
